Idaho Falls Real Estate Photographer

As a homebuyer myself, I realized there was a ton of improvement to be made when it comes to home listings in Idaho Falls. For the past year, I have worked alongside real estate agents and homeowners who wish to sell their properties quickly. From that experience, I have learned to lightly stage homes by way of moving unsightly or personal items from my camera’s view. This alone has transformed my images to better serve my clients.

When I take photos of a home, I prefer to document what the home looks like. When the potential buyer reviews the images, my hope is that they will get a feeling of the home’s natural light, large spaces and overall appeal. I like to “walk” the viewers through the home to show them what they will be seeing when they decide to tour the list of homes that they have created.

I love architecture and I have a keen eye for detail. When I scroll through a listing of new homes on the market, I am sure to take note of what other images look like. While I am at the property I clearly envision which image I will be using for the main profile photo for a home.

I use the latest Canon equipment, editing software and I take my time to ensure that I am properly showcasing a home. I typically like to take photos of a home during the day, and then come back to do a twilight photo just before the sun sets.

I also serve Rexburg – Ammon – Pocatello – St Anthony – Ashton – Driggs & other surrounding cities. Pricing is located at the bottom of this page.

I have lived in many different cities up and down the west coast but I came to Idaho for the homes. I couldn’t find a place more beautiful with homes with this much bang for your buck anywhere else. I purchased a home in Ammon, it was in a neighborhood. Shortly after moving in I realized the “neighborhood” lifestyle just wasn’t for me. I wanted something with a bit more privacy and so I placed that home for sale.

I looked at the images of the home that were posted and realized that I didn’t see the home the way that it was portrayed. To me, the home was grand and it had many fine touches to it. These weren’t documented the way that I had seen them and so I decided to go into real estate photography.

I had been a family + wedding photographer for nearly four years before I decided to dive into capturing the personality of inanimate objects and architecture. After taking photos of a gorgeous home in Rigby, I knew that this was something I definitely wanted to pursue. My images stood out and it helped the agent to sell a high end home in a matter of days, not weeks or months.
