Ahhhh! You’re Expecting!!

Welcome to motherhood! I have been pregnant many times and from that experience, I have a pretty good idea on how to rock angles from my camera. I get it, we all can be somewhat camera shy at times. I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to posing and I don’t expect my clients to be professionals at posing either. During your photo session, I’ll be sure to use my energy to help you laugh and have fun with it. I also move around where I need to in order to get the perfect shot. When it comes to booking a session with me, you’re booking a memory.

There are several different types of maternity sessions, which you choose will probably speak mostly to what you’ve seen online and the type of images you are particularly drawn to. Some of the session styles that I offer include; boudoir, lifestyle and outdoor maternity sessions. Don’t hesitate to throw your ideas at me, no matter how crazy they might seem to you! As your Idaho Falls maternity photographer, I have access to snowy scenes, rivers, creeks and streams, unmaintained wilderness and downtown cityscapes that will make your heart smile.

I have done many styled shoots and have access to florists, wardrobe, hair and make-up artists and others who can support our session to make it something straight out of a magazine. If you’re more of the laid back type we can schedule a lifestyle type of session that will take place in your home or at an outdoor location that you frequent or that is an important part of your life.

In the event that you are hospitalized before your baby’s birth, please don’t let that time slip away. I will do my best to stage your hospital room to document that part of your journey. I am all about taking photos of things as they are. As much as you think you might not want to remember being on bed rest in the hospital, it is something you will want to look back on later (or something the child will look forward to seeing when they are at an age where they will understand.
