Congratulations on your new baby!

Hello! I am happy to have you here! As a mother of five, I have to admit my favorite images were the fresh 48 and birth images that my husband took for me. I love pictures of babies and when you combine that with a documentary style, that’s just the best thing. When it comes to taking pictures of this big event, you can choose to have me there throughout the birth of your new baby or just a few hours later for images that document many different things.

Photographs are the illustrations to the storybook of your life. The images taken during a Fresh 48 or Birth Story are private and so very emotional. I price my birth sessions by the hour, this way my clients can decide when to call and how long they would like me to stay. Prior to your session, we will talk about the coverage and the images you are looking to have. Many of my clients like to document moments such as family members coming to meet the new baby. Another amazing thing to document is finding out the gender of your baby (should you choose to wait until birth, I did and it was the most amazing moments of my life.)

Fresh 48 sessions will take place before you are discharged from the hospital. The purpose of this session is to document your baby and the brand new features he or she has. The newborn wrinkles milia and peach fuzz over the shoulders tends to fade so quickly so looking at the images that depict those features, it will jog your memory.

I have done several sessions at area hospitals including; Portneuf Medical Center, Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, Mountain View Hospital and Madison Memorial. In most cases there isn’t a travel fee unless the hospital is located more than 45 miles from zip code 83442. I am available for travel so if you’re located beyond the borders of Idaho, don’t hesitate to inquire about pricing.
